Wix, Lightspeed, CCV, BigCommerce and other webshops

How orders reach ROASaurus on each platform.

Add your shop under Add a store and pick your platform. The Connection tab then shows the exact steps for that platform.

• Instant (webhooks): WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Lightspeed eCom, CCV Shop and Ecwid send each paid order the moment it happens. For BigCommerce, Lightspeed and CCV the Create webhook button sets this up for you.
• Every 5 minutes (API): Wix, Squarespace, Magento, PrestaShop and Shopware. Wix and Shopware can also ping ROASaurus instantly with a no-code automation.
• Anything else: send paid orders as JSON from Zapier, Make, n8n or your own backend to your webhook URL.

Matching orders to ad clicks

Shopify passes our visitor id on the cart. Other platforms don't, so ROASaurus links them by the thank-you page snippet (most reliable: add it), the email the shopper typed at checkout, or the same IP address and browser shortly before the order, only when exactly one visitor fits.
